iShoot Battery Grip BP-50D for Canon EOS 50D 40D 30D 20D as BG-E2N
Main Features:
The ishoot BP-50D battery grip is fully compatible with Canon BG-E2N which works with Canon EOS 50D/40D/30D/20D DSLR. It can use either two BP-511/511A batteries or six AA alkaline batteries.
It is equipped with a vertical-grip shutter button, dial, AE lock/FE lock button, and AF point selection button to enable shooting in the same way as a horizontal grip.
It is equipped with an independent ON/OFF switch. Switching to ON makes the BP-50D buttons and dials function work in the same way as those on the camera.
It has a battery compartment cover slot, a hand strap locking ring, and a 1/4" standard tripod thread.
It comes with a protection cover and an AA alkaline battery magazine BGM-E2.
Hand Strap E-1 (sold separately) can be used for achieving a more secure operation. And battery pack BP-511A/511/512/514 (sold separately) is also available for longer operation time.
Caution:
Please turn the camera off before attaching and detaching the BP-50D to avoid any damage to the camera.
Making sure you connect the BP-50D to the camera before loading the batteries into BP-50D, otherwise the battery capacity maybe not displayed correctly.
If only one battery is used, it can be loaded into either the right or the left part. If two batteries are used, power is supplied simultaneously by both batteries.
AA alkaline batteries only recommended to be used in an emergency situation. Always use the batteries from same brand/make. Do not mix the batteries with different life time.
